Two white men chained a black man to the back of their truck and dragged him for over 3 miles. He did not survive the incident. William King was the alfa and his face is one half of the top full face in the work. The other half face belongs to Serbian commander Milosevic in Bosnia. He was brought up on charges for war crimes for many massacres and murders during the Bosnian war.
This is not attached to any backing. It is displayed using metal push pins directly into the wall.
