This country went through a weapons ban attempt in the late 90,s. Oddly enough we are about to try the same thing again in 2021. This painting has to do with automatic assault weapons as will the attempt for a ban coming up. Bottom line is there are too many guns/automatic weapons with no background checks that are used in current daily shootings. Kit automatic weapons that have no serial numbers etc. I’m sure hunting is better with automatic weapons since all the animals are armed???? I depict a merry-go-round in the painting representing the Congressional amusement ride which never gets anything done.
