Art Curator/Director
Art was an escape for me at school and where I tried to do my best work always. I don’t know if the Art was that good, though I wanted to go to Art school and find out which unfortunately did not happen, much of the mystery was in the creative process for me, something I can physically feel at times. The first piece of Art I hung on my wall was a print ‘The Ancient of Days’ by William Blake and which began the fascination with all things Art, my early indulgence for the French Impressionists was as much about the fact they were vilified for producing something new, different and which did not deter them. This was to lead to contemporary Art and Picasso, who is still the most influential Artist for me. I’m attending life classes to further any talent I still have and would love to sculpt. I have over 40 years in sales and marketing, starting several companies and now finally being able to do something I love. In helping Artists achieve through Galleria Balmain is the kind of job fulfilment I feel I’m extremely lucky to have been able to bring about.
Assistant Curator
In recent years I have mostly been looking for new and exciting opportunities, which is why I am on board with Galleria Balmain. This excellent opportunity for me to work with new and emerging artists from around the planet, whilst learning about historical and present trends and influences in the art world is extremely interesting. I have a belief that it will inspire me to pick up a paintbrush and get creative on canvas for myself, something that will be creatively rewarding. What I am most excited about is getting to view new and different art works at art fairs, and learning about what inspires the artists to produce their creations.
Digital Creative Assistant
My role focuses on providing a great experience on social media. Basically, I try to come up with creative ideas and interesting content to fuel our social channels! I also help Kelsey manage our online reputation, and I constantly keep an eye on our performance.

My role involves promoting artists, helping them gain exposure online through social media, ads, and PR. In my spare time I make prints using different mediums such as digital and Lino as well as experimenting with Ceramic art.
